Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Executive Chef will manage the culinary operations of the kitchen and dining areas and will be responsible for creating seasonal menus that meet the highest standards of quality. We are prepared to consider a foreign candidate for this position with a salary of 1100.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Chef is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operation including supervising kitchen staff, overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, monitoring food safety standards, designing menus, monitoring inventory levels, assessing food quality before it is served, developing new recipes that meet our standards. Additionally they must ensure that all health and safety regulations are complied with at all times by kitchen staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience working as a chef in professional kitchens with knowledge of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisines being preferable but not essential. The successful applicant should also hold a valid culinary degree or equivalent qualification along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high standards is key to succeeding in this role as is having an eye for detail when plating meals ready for service.
