Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cashier to join our team in Khalifah A City! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing payments. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and grow with us!
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment (e.g. cash registers and credit card machines)
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good math skills
• Ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required; foreign applicants are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
• Manage cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Maintain cleanliness of the store area including wiping down counters and stocking shelves as necessary
• Answer customers' questions regarding store policies and services
• Help customers get started with products they are unfamiliar with
