We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team based in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing correspondence and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider applicants from any background, whether experienced or not, as well as immigrants.
The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Greeting visitors and directing them accordingly
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Assisting with administrative projects such as document preparation and filing
• Maintaining office supplies by checking inventory levels and ordering items when necessary
• Creating reports as requested by the management team
• Ensuring that incoming documents are scanned correctly into various systems
• Performing light clerical duties such as photocopying documents or scanning files into the computer system
