Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience, be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will provide the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an international office setting, and offers competitive pay of 1600 AED per month.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Answering phone calls/emails in a professional manner
• Scheduling appointments/meetings
• Maintaining filing systems/paperwork
• Providing administrative support to other personnel as required
• Managing calendars of meetings/appointments
• Typing letters/documents as required by management team
• Making travel arrangements
• Processing orders/invoices
