Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business in Abu-Dhabi as a Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring that all day-to-day operations run smoothly. The job offers a competitive salary of 1600. Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Secretary is to ensure that all administrative operations within the business are carried out in an efficient and organized manner. This includes providing general office support, scheduling meetings, taking minutes at meetings, dealing with incoming calls and emails, managing filing systems, preparing documents such as letters and reports, ordering office supplies, maintaining databases etc. Additionally, the Secretary may be asked to provide additional support to other departments such as Human Resources or Accounts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required along with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc). Additionally, experience in customer service or a related field would be advantageous. The candidate should also have good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
