We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 and are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the daily operations of the company. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and taking messages. The Secretary will also be expected to draft official documents and emails, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
We expect applicants to have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with ease. A strong command of English is also required as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior work experience in an administrative capacity is preferred but not required.
