We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha and help us with daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files and documents, preparing reports, and other related duties. In addition to having strong interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in a similar role, be fluent in English (both written and verbal). Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong problem-solving capabilities. An immigrant is welcome to apply for this position as long as they can provide proof of eligibility to work in Qatar.
