We are looking for an Office Assistant for our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Assistant include: managing all incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring the office is well stocked with supplies, organizing internal and external meetings, maintaining records and filing systems, preparing documents and reports as required, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and providing administrative support to the team.
To be successful in this role the candidate must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English language, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, have strong problem solving abilities and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
