Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will require a dynamic individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new skills. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

Job Requirements:
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive in problem solving
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in an office setting
• Knowledge of office protocols is an asset
Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately
• Create and manage filing systems both electronically and physically
• Schedule meetings on behalf of the office staff
• Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing documents etc.
• Prepare documents for meetings such as agendas, presentations etc.
• Ensure that all necessary supplies are available for day-to-day operations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office space at all times
