Merchandiser Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a combination of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The Merchandiser will be responsible for increasing sales through the efficient promotion, display and sale of products in stores. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month with potential for growth and room to learn and develop new skills.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying or related field
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of retail industry trends

Responsibilities:
• Understand the product categories, their features and advantages over competitors’ offerings to effectively promote them
• Work with store staff to create eye-catching displays that draw customers’ attention
• Train store staff on product features and advantages
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure all products are labeled correctly
