We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our organization in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the office.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel;
• Scheduling meetings, organizing office supplies and maintaining filing systems;
• Welcoming guests, vendors and other visitors;
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Maintaining records, including completion of documents and reports;
• Assisting with data entry tasks as needed;
• Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you should have 1 year of experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize your workload. Proficiency with MS Office Suite is essential. Prior experience working in a multicultural environment is beneficial but not required. Finally, the ideal candidate must have authorization to work in Haur-Fakkan.
