We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping our team succeed. The ideal candidate will have experience in a secretarial role and excellent organizational skills.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a secretary or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office suites such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Open to considering immigrants provided all the necessary documentation is submitted
Duties:
The Secretary will primarily be responsible for assisting the management team by providing administrative support. This includes managing emails, writing reports and memos, scheduling meetings, creating presentations, taking minutes during meetings, organizing documents in the filing system, and other tasks as assigned by the management team. The Secretary must also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and remain organized at all times.
