The primary duties of a Salesman include: managing customer inquiries and complaints; providing product information; negotiating prices; developing sales strategies; preparing sales presentations; ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process; maintaining customer data records; developing relationships with customers; handling payments from customers; and monitoring competitors’ activities.
