We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate is expected to oversee all business operations, manage staff and ensure that targets are met. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will be required to analyse financial data, develop business plans, manage budgets and resources, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with customers and other stakeholders. They must also possess strong leadership skills to inspire the staff towards meeting goals. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and take initiative when necessary.
