We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This role will provide administrative support to the team and help ensure that the operations of the office run smoothly. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This includes answering phones, filing documents, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, sorting mail, ordering supplies and maintaining records. General clerical duties may also be required.
Demands for The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a valid driver’s license. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.
