Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies in the region, creating marketing plans, setting sales goals, tracking progress against goals, analyzing customer data, overseeing the training of sales staff, providing feedback and motivation to the team and working with other departments within the company to ensure efficient operations. The position also requires managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in order to increase profitability.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales management
• Previous experience leading a sales team in the region
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Flexibility for travel within Umm-al-Qaiwain if necessary
