Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greeting customers upon arrival and seating them in the restaurant according to their preference.
- Taking orders from customers accurately, quickly and efficiently.
- Serve food & beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all dishes are served in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant area at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints promptly, professionally and courteously.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while providing excellent customer service is essential.
- Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English language.
