Some of the tasks we expect from this position include: managing emails and responding promptly to inquiries; maintaining filing systems; coordinating meetings; transcribing notes; scheduling appointments; handling customer service inquiries; preparing documents for meetings; maintaining office supplies; creating reports and presentations; managing calendars; taking dictation when necessary.
