We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and help with day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and communication support to the team.
The ideal candidate has a degree in office administration or related field, excellent organizational and communication skills, is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and is familiar with office equipment. The candidate must also have excellent customer service skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
The primary duties of the Secretary include scheduling meetings and appointments, managing telephones calls and emails, filing documents, preparing reports, maintaining databases and organizing events. The Secretary will also be responsible for liaising with external contacts such as customers, suppliers and other staff members.
In order to be considered for this position the candidate must have experience working as a secretary or related role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
