Secretary in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should have excellent organization skills, superb communication abilities, and be willing to work with minimal supervision.
The primary duties of the Secretary will include greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments and maintaining records. The Secretary will also be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the management team as needed. A successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
We are seeking an individual with at least two years of experience in an office or administrative support role. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong attention to detail. An Associate’s degree (or higher) in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
