Job Summary:
We are looking for a Secretary to provide administrative and organizational support to our team in Doha. The Secretary will be responsible for coordinating daily office activities and providing clerical support.
Requirements for the Candidate:
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. The ideal candidate should also have the following qualities and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Secretary or related role
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
• Immigration status that allows work in Qatar is preferred.
As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes preparing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, responding to emails, maintaining records, handling incoming calls and other duties as assigned. You will be expected to maintain organized files both electronically and manually, as well as ensuring that all documents are properly stored according to organizational standards. Additionally, you will be required to provide clerical support such as filing documents, creating reports, transcribing notes from meetings, preparing presentations and other duties as needed. Your ability to stay organized and respond quickly to requests with accuracy will be essential for this role.
