Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once. Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform administrative duties such as filing documents, scheduling meetings, answering phones, preparing letters/documents/reports, etc.
• Maintain accurate records including financial information
• Organize meetings with various departments and other offices
• Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
• Handle incoming mail and correspondence
• Manage daily calendar of appointments
• Develop an efficient filing system for documents
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be organized & able to manage time efficiently
