We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Secretary in our Doha office. The successful candidate will be the face of our company, representing us to clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. A strong communication skill set is also necessary, as well as a professional demeanor and a friendly attitude when dealing with customers.
The successful applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English; knowledge of any additional languages is highly desirable but not essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our team by managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings. You will also take on other duties such as filing papers, updating documents and preparing correspondence for staff members.
