We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
The successful Secretary will be expected to efficiently manage their workload with minimal supervision, provide administrative support to the team and demonstrate a customer-service oriented approach. Some of the main duties of this role include:
• Scheduling appointments and events
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Maintaining office filing systems
• Taking dictation and minutes during meetings
• Generating reports
• Processing expense claims
• Assisting with various other administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
• At least 1-year experience working in a similar position.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
