Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a qualified Office assistant for our office in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 AED per month and is open to foreign applicants.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and be highly detail-oriented.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing incoming calls and emails, updating customer databases, organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. The successful candidate must also provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience in an office setting. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
