Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team while ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, superb communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, remain composed under pressure, and provide solutions to challenging issues quickly and effectively.
The Office Assistant's primary duties include answering phones, filing paperwork, organizing documents and records, preparing reports for management review, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members, ordering office supplies as needed, maintaining the cleanliness of the office space, managing incoming mail and deliveries, data entry into various software programs as well as other general office duties as requested.
The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant office experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is required; Working knowledge of databases is preferred but not required. We are ready to consider an immigrant who meets the above qualifications. The salary is 1300 AED per month.
