Office assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking to hire an Office Assistant for our Abu-Dhabi office. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be expected to interact with clients, colleagues, and external vendors on a regular basis. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required as the individual will be expected to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
The Office Assistant’s main responsibilities include: managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments; coordinating travel arrangements; processing mail and other correspondence; filing documents; responding to phone calls and emails; ordering office supplies; maintaining accurate records; and acting as the main point of contact between the company and external vendors.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month for this role along with other benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation days. We are open to considering qualified candidates from outside the country for this position.
