We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment and gain valuable experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to the Office Manager and other members of staff.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a range of qualities and skills, including: strong organizational ability; strong communication skills; accuracy and attention to detail; good customer service skills; the ability to prioritize tasks; and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
The main responsibilities associated with this role include: providing administrative support to the Office Manager; responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email; maintaining office files and records; ordering office supplies as needed; processing incoming mail and packages; handling outgoing mail/couriers; managing office keys/locks/alarms etc.; helping with clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, scanning etc.; helping with general office maintenance such as tidying up meeting areas when required etc.
