Office Assistant – El-Fujairah
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, can work independently and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and have the ability to multitask. The successful candidate should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other computer programs.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain records of all office activities
• Ensure that all documents are filed properly
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, etc.
• Assist with data entry and other projects upon request
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate persons/locations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in administrative management or related field preferred
• At least two years of experience as an office assistant or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other computer programs
Working Conditions: This is a full-time position based in El-Fujairah with competitive salary of 1600 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.
