Office assistant in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain and assist with the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who is able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a reliable source of support for staff and clients.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial, and clerical services in order to ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality. This role will involve data entry, filing, updating records, managing incoming calls, responding to emails, attending meetings and other administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to handle a variety of tasks at once. You should also have at least one year of experience in an office setting as well as knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants. The salary is 1000 AED per month.
