Al Shamkhah City is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office assistant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to various departments within the organization in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.
The Office assistant will be expected to provide assistance with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. Additionally, the Office assistant will be expected to manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate meetings, and perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with ease.
The successful candidate must possess an excellent telephone manner and communication skills with a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. A minimum of one year's previous experience in an office setting is necessary for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of clerical procedures used in a business environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position; however, an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
