Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all products are displayed correctly, promptly and accurately according to the company's standards.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with store owners and customers.
- Ensure all products are displayed correctly, promptly and accurately according to the company standards.
- Negotiate deals with suppliers and negotiate discounts on bulk orders.
- Create displays that draw customer attention and maximize sales potential.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish as needed, and maintain accurate inventories.
- Monitor customer buying trends to determine which products should be stocked or discontinued.
- Maintain a safe working environment by complying with safety regulations and cleaning up any spills immediately.
- Train new employees on product knowledge, display techniques, merchandising standards, etc.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail sector is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of current retail trends, product lines and merchandise categories
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
- A creative mindset for developing strategies for displays
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
