Merchandiser – Ajman, 1500AED
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies that will increase our sales and profits. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to foreign applicants and offers an attractive salary of 1500AED per month.

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of two years' experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking)
Job Duties:
• Developing effective merchandising strategies according to customer preferences
• Implementing promotional campaigns at store level
• Training store personnel on product information & promotions
• Ensuring proper placement of products on shelves & displays
• Monitoring & analyzing sales performance in order to identify opportunities for improvement • Creating detailed reports on sales performance & competitor activity
