Secretary Job in Doha
We are looking for a qualified secretary to join our busy and vibrant office in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including organizing meetings, taking notes, preparing documents and correspondence, answering telephone calls and emails and performing other tasks as needed.
The successful applicant must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. They must also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Organize meetings, conferences and events
• Take accurate notes during meetings
• Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, correspondence and emails as required
• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly
• Organize filing systems for efficient retrieval of documents when needed
• Keep records of expenditures and submit expense reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in an office environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
We offer a competitive salary of 1,600 QAR per month for this position. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates who meet the requirements of this role.
