Business Manager

We are seeking a Business Manager to join our team in Doha. This position offers a salary of 1400 and is open to both locals and foreigners with or without experience. We offer a competitive package which includes health insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, as well as other benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the business
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand business operations
• Monitor market conditions, research industry trends and competitors’ activities
• Manage financial aspects of the business, such as budgeting and bookkeeping
• Establish objectives for departments and set targets for achievement
• Recruit staff, develop new policies, implement procedures, create organizational plans
• Evaluate performance of staff members using objective metrics
• Monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve it
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports regarding profitability, liquidity and cash flows

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or related role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask
• Outstanding communication abilities; both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team in order to meet deadlines
