Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business in Abu-Dhabi as an Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth and effective operations of the organization. Your role will be vital in ensuring that the company runs efficiently and effectively, making it possible for the business to succeed and reach its goals.
Requirements for the Candidate
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, who is able to manage multiple tasks at once with attention to detail. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential. A basic understanding of office procedures such as filing systems and bookkeeping is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be expected to provide administrative support including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and other clerical duties as required. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, ordering new supplies when needed and keeping track of all invoices related to office expenses. Additionally you may be asked to assist with special projects such as creating documents or presentations or researching information online.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years experience working in an administrative role or similar field. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc). A good command of English language both written and spoken is essential for this position along with excellent organizational skills.
