Administrative assistant in Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a variety of departments and personnel.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software applications. A successful candidate should have an understanding of office protocols and procedures, as well as a good knowledge of local laws, regulations, and business practices.
The Administrative Assistant will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
• Provide administrative support to departments and personnel;
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, respond to inquiries;
• Maintain filing systems;
• Prepare invoices, memos, letters, reports;
• Manage office supply inventory;
• Scheduling meetings and appointments;
• Assist with special projects when necessary.
We are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience so long as they demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude for the position. Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not essential. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role. The salary offered is 1400 per month.
