Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong grasp of office processes. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, as well as providing general support to the team.
We are looking for someone who has an open mind and is willing to learn on the job. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Qualifications & Needs:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Willingness to learn new software programs
• Good problem solving skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, faxes and other correspondence in a timely manner
• Organize meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times and providing necessary materials or equipment
• Maintain office supplies by ordering materials when needed
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing documents or preparing presentations
• Assist with special projects by researching information or creating reports as needed
