We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a passion for working with people and be highly organized in order to handle the variety of responsibilities that come with this position. As a successful Office Manager, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable and efficient office environment, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to other employees.

The job duties of an Office Manager include:
• Oversee the efficient functioning of the office
• Ensure that office equipment is in good working order
• Manage all administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and handling correspondence
• Provide assistance to other employees with their day-to-day tasks
• Liaise with external suppliers when necessary
• Handle inquiries from customers or visitors
• Manage all incoming calls and emails professionally
• Ensure that the office is neat and tidy at all times.
The requirements we are looking for include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds
