Office Manager
A reputable company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Office Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of office operations, excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and manage a team.
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to managing staff, maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings and events, handling customer inquiries and complaints, filing documents and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to think critically and problem-solve. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, have strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and be fluent in English. Experience with accounting software is an asset but not required.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
