Office assistant in Zayed City, UAE
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City. The ideal candidate should have a minimum work experience and will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism. They must also be able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments, meetings, events, and other activities
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role is desirable
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel), email systems, etc.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and scanners
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
