The Zayed City office is looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to take on the challenge of helping the office team meet their goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls. Additionally, they should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following demands:
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with office equipment (eg printers, scanners)
• Must be willing to take initiative and be proactive
