Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The position is based in Sharjah and offers a salary of 1600. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Demands for the Candidate:
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, emails etc.
• Maintain records of office supplies and place orders as needed
• Ensure that the office is kept clean and organized at all times
• Schedule appointments with clients or other staff members as required
• Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, filing etc.
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or other departments
• Prepare reports or presentations as requested by management
