Office assistant in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task efficiently. This is a full-time position, and the salary is 1000 AED.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills. They must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure and have good time management skills.
The job involves providing administrative support to colleagues and other departments within the organisation. Duties include answering phone calls and emails, filing documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, ordering supplies and other clerical duties as assigned. We are willing to consider applicants from outside of Umm-al-Qaiwain for this position.
To be considered for the role you must have at least two years of experience in an office setting and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or other related field is considered a plus. It would also be beneficial if you had prior experience using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
