Office Assistant - El-Fujairah
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire office staff. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including organizing and managing files, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents, providing customer service, and performing data entry. You must also have excellent organization and communication skills in order to be successful in this position.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required. Candidates must also have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who can provide proof of legal residence within the UAE.
