We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving quotas and creating a positive customer experience. In this role, you will develop and implement successful sales strategies to meet the company's goals while managing a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in order to achieve assigned quotas
- Monitor performance of sales staff on a regular basis
- Train and motivate team members to reach their highest potential
- Establish relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Create reports on weekly, monthly or quarterly sales figures
Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- A minimum of 3 yearsā experience in a leadership role within the Sales industry
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals quickly
- Ability to maintain relationships with existing customers whilst developing new ones
