Job Summary
This is a full-time position for a Secretary in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing team and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s staff and management. The salary is 1700 AED per month. Foreign applicants are welcome to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Secretary’s main responsibility will be providing administrative help to staff, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and answering phone calls. Additionally, the Secretary will be expected to manage the day-to-day activities of the office such as maintaining supplies, ordering materials, and preparing documents for management’s review. Further duties may include greeting visitors and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in an administrative role with excellent organizational skills and an ability to multitask efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role as well as knowledge of basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. The successful candidate must also have a high level of attention to detail with a professional telephone manner. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential for this role.
