We are seeking an experienced secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience in a secretarial role and will be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the team. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and other documents, taking notes during meetings, and managing files as needed. The secretary will also be responsible for helping coordinate events as needed.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication skills and remain professional when interacting with customers or colleagues in person or over the phone.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month based on experience and qualifications.
