We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be able to effectively manage business operations and provide administrative support to the team. We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 for this position.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. They should also have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we are open to hiring people with no experience.
The responsibilities of the Secretary will include, but not be limited to:
• Answering incoming calls, emails and other correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing documents, reports and presentations
• Maintaining office supplies
• Assisting with organizing events
• Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
• Welcoming guests and providing customer service support
• Developing working relationships with customers, staff, vendors, etc.
• Supporting other departments with various projects as required
