We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a wide variety of tasks with ease and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support to the team, including filing documents, answering phones and emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel.

The duties of the Secretary include but are not limited to: responding to phone calls promptly; managing all incoming/outgoing mail; scheduling meetings; preparing agendas; taking minutes during meetings; maintaining filing systems; researching information for reports; coordinating external/internal events such as conferences or workshops; providing general administrative support to the team; ensuring accuracy of all documents before distribution; handling confidential information appropriately; performing other related duties as assigned.
